The team supports business-facing teams in carrying out a range of operational and logistical tasks, and ensures service excellence for all constituents and internal teams with a strong focus on continuous process improvement and resource optimization. In addition, the team identifies key performance indicators, reporting requirements and ongoing management analytics to support and guide the Forum’s business teams in relationship management, activation and retention efforts.   As a Quote-to-Cash (QTC) Success Manager you will be responsible for overall user success in the QTC environment, which has been implemented to manage the Forum’s end-to-end sales cycle. You must possess a mix of business and technical ability along with a big-picture vision and the drive to make that vision a reality.   Your initial focus will be as a first point of contact to support internal stakeholders and to manage complex scenarios in the QTC system. In this dynamic role, you will proactively identify and manage potential issues before they happen with an emphasis on ensuring a smooth and positive user experience. Over time, you will propose process and system improvements to reduce the number of support cases. Ultimately, you will provide valuable input to the overall QTC product roadmap with emphasis on producing a QTC environment that increases the efficiency of stakeholders in the end-to-end QTC process. The QTC Success Manager is expected to provide exemplary service and operational excellence to all stakeholders.   Duties and responsibilities - Act as a first point of contact for QTC user support and complex scenarios, managing the user support channels - Act as the voice-of-the-customer to the QTC project team by gathering user feedback and reporting key issues and required support levels - Develop strategies to continuously improve QTC and reduce the need for specialized user support - Raise awareness and establish recognition of the QTC process as one of the organization’s fundamental operational processes - Monitor and maintain record and data quality by proactively seeking out issues, correcting errors and communicating on data quality issues to users and the QTC project team - Manage and improve the QTC on-boarding programme for new users, inclusive of support documentation (e.g. policies, how to guides, training materials) - Manage user adoption strategy, including reviewing and improving the QTC Change Champion network - Work with the Partnership Engagement Group (PEG) to define its mid-to-long-term QTC needs with the aim of successfully influencing the QTC product roadmap - Work with the QTC project team to help prioritize technical issues and improvement suggestions in line with strategy and vision - Liaise and collaborate with various teams to gather information and communicate the most up-to-date process and product changes to relevant stakeholders - Support the Central Operations and Performance Reporting team, as needed   Qualifications and skills - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience - At least 5 years’ experience of customer success management, product management or technology leadership, with a proven track record of successful user adoption - Implementation experience with CPQ tools (e.g. Apttus), Salesforce CRM and end-to-end Quote-to-Cash process desirable - Self-starter with proven ability to constantly learn new software and hardware technologies and an ability to quickly put that knowledge into practice to support visible, real-world projects - Customer-oriented, good attention to detail and the ability to interpret stakeholder inputs and translate their needs and priorities into an actionable product roadmap - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas and situations simply and succinctly to large groups and senior management - Ability to embrace change, ambiguity or uncertainty and adapt actions accordingly in a timely manner - Ability to consult with internal stakeholders and assess their different opinions to come up with best-in-class solutions - Ability to drive decision-making and actions based on understanding of the wider context - Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to work independently - Ability to understand and appreciate how strategy, sales, product and operations are intertwined   If you meet these requirements, please apply online.

DATA AND PROJECT SPECIALIST (Temporary for 4 months, as of 1 March)   The World Economic Forum, committed to improving the state of the world, is the International Organization for Public-Private Cooperation.   The Forum engages the foremost political, business and other leaders of society to shape global, regional and industry agendas.   Through its reports and activities, the System Initiative for Shaping the Future of Economic Progress enables leaders from government, business and other members of civil society to benchmark a country’s performance and measure the progress of efforts to promote economic growth and development. The analytical frameworks are designed to help identify impediments to growth and catalyse the development of relevant strategies that stimulate private investment, entrepreneurship and social progress.   The successful candidate will be responsible for entering data from the Executive Opinion Survey. This survey is answered by more than 14,000 chief executive officers across the world and provides a large proportion of the underlying data for the Forum’s flagship report The Global Competitiveness Report. The Forum receives approximately 8,000 completed surveys in hard copy format between March and May. The Data and Project Specialist will be responsible for receiving and tracking these documents.   Duties and Responsibilities   • Tracking the intake of hard copy surveys using a status report indicating date of receipt, sample size, issues and languages etc. • Coding the surveys in an Excel file following specific guidelines • Verifying survey quality following specific guidelines • Bulking the surveys for the further collection by the survey data entry firm • Liaising with office security for the delivery and collection of surveys • Corresponding with the survey data entry firm for survey collection • Desk research on impact stories coming out of the System Initiative on Economic Progress activities (reports, projects etc.) • Assisting the team by tracking the online survey platform, carrying out data analysis, answering the basic requests of the Forum’s Partner Institutes community   Qualifications and Skills   • Bachelor’s degree • At least a year’s worth of employment • Fluent English; other languages (particularly French and Spanish) welcome • Meticulous, detail-oriented, enthusiastic and team-oriented • Windows and Excel proficient • Candidates should be aware that the role has a physical aspect (lifting boxes)   If you meet these requirements, please apply online.
