He/she will be in charge of creating and managing effective processes to implement the strategic framework, and making sure that stakeholders are fully involved. In addition, he/she will be responsible for key deliverables on time and for smooth communication, as well as feedback exchange and integration.   Your main responsibilities will include: - Establishing the project plan: design timeline of the nomination process and identify key milestones and deliverables, as well as allocate tasks. - Monitoring changes within Council portfolio, integrating feedback received from various stakeholders, ensuring that nomination criteria (region, gender, profile desired, stakeholders) for nominations are communicated and respected. - Supervising performance of technical tasks related to GAC database and Community reporting, synchronising, accuracy of data. - Ensuring participation and engagement in the process of the internal stakeholders, and providing timely information to the team and the organization, facilitating “all-on-board” throughout the World Economic Forum. - Evaluating and updating the nominations process. - Ensuring integration long-term (mid-term) strategy for Network into Nominations process. - Ensuring synergetic calibration and allocation of experienced members, Network champions.   Qualifications/skills • University degree in international relations, public policy, economics, journalism or related field. • Previous experience working with teams and managing projects is required. • Previous experience working with high-level, demanding clients would be a plus. • Excellent general computer skills and proficient with Microsoft Excel and database management. • Ability to manage and organise large datasets and to analyse data and results. • Fluency in English and excellent written expression. • Ability to make compelling visual presentations of data. • Excellent attention to detail; ability to work under pressure and against tight deadlines.   If you have strong communication skills and a proven track record in attaining results in demanding circumstances, please apply online.   This position is open to Swiss and EU nationals, as well as holders of a valid Swiss working permit.

Forum Faculty members are distinguished thinkers, experts, scientists and commentators who contribute to the Forum activities by collaborating with the Programme Development Team in the design and development of its programmes.   As Faculty Manager, you will be responsible for the nomination process, engagement and relationship management of the Faculty community.   In this capacity, you will oversee the nomination and selection processes for faculty for the Annual Meeting and the Annual Meeting of the New Champions, while managing the respective quotas and budgets. You will be responsible for the relationship management and general communications with faculty. This entails meeting invitations and registration, travel and accommodation enquiries, working closely with external partners, and any other general enquiries regarding their engagement with the Forum.   You will collaborate closely with the Programme Development Team to facilitate the selection and integration of faculty into our programmes, while managing and growing a comprehensive faculty database. This will involve statistical analysis of data and presentation. In addition, you will play an active role in managing sessions at both Annual Meetings.   You have at least a Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality or a related field, and ideally 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience. You are highly service-oriented, structured and organised. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and excellent diplomacy skills to manage difficult situations with ease. The process objectives are to: • Identify the most relevant thought leaders to be part of the Network of Global Agenda Councils • Improve regional diversity, stakeholder diversity and gender balance within the Councils • Strengthen the due diligence process of council members   You will conduct research, verify background information on the potential experts to be nominated to the network and update the database with relevant background information. You will assist in the preparation of presentations reflecting the status of the nominations and Network of Global Agenda Council overviews.
