Additionally, it identifies and engages dynamic high-growth companies with the potential to be tomorrow’s industry leaders and become a driving force of economic and social change.   As Senior Associate, Knowledge Integration, you will:   • Initiate and execute projects in line with the mission of the World Economic Forum that will deliver value and insights to its Members across regions and industries • Gather internal intelligence on all Forum activities and projects and include them in a coherent value proposition for the Members of the World Economic Forum • Identify and monitor key issues and trends for the Forum’s business Members and initiate and manage related projects that deliver transformational results • Work with the Forum’s Annual Meeting Programme Team to incorporate the knowledge generated from the membership activities during the year into the programmes of regional meetings and Annual Meetings in Davos and China • Ensure that the content of Membership programme tracks in regional activities is up to date and relevant for fast-growing companies and the Members of the Forum • Together with the Forum's content and editorial teams, manage the Forum’s Internet and social media platforms to integrate the Forum’s rich knowledge resources into concrete offerings to Members; these include the Global Risks report, global competitiveness reports, and the scenarios and initiatives of the Centre for Global Industries • Ensure the publication in all media of relevant knowledge and projects for the Forum’s membership team communities   You have a University degree and at least four years’ experience in a consulting, strategy development or knowledge management environment. Professional experience in a fast-growing sector or emerging market is appreciated. You possess excellent knowledge of key trends and developments in international business and policy, including but not limited to corporate social responsibility and sustainability. You are a strong team player, comfortable interacting with senior management, action- and results-oriented; resourceful and customer-oriented and a self-starter. Senior Manager, Strategic Foresight

The work is inter-organizational and multistakeholder in terms of governance and participation, and provides a space in which communities, common understanding, collaborative actions and trust can emerge.   Under the supervision of the Director of the team and in collaboration with the Project Manager of the specific scenario project(s) you will be assigned to, you will collaborate on a scenario project.
